(1) Local public relations booths
Shizuoka Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Yamanashi Prefecture, Oyama Town, Gotemba City and Susono City will set up booths to promote their local areas.
(2) On-site tour for local elementary school students
Students from public elementary schools in Oyama Town, Gotemba City and Susono City will come on an on-site tour on October 10 (Fri.) as part of their school curriculum.
(3) Participation in a range of volunteer activities
300 volunteer staff (male and female) aged between 15 and 64 will be recruited from Oyama Town, Gotemba City and Susono City (applicants of high-school age must have the consent of their legal guardian) to integrate the local community in the excitement of the event.

(4) The Oyama Japanese F1 Grand Prix Association
"The Oyama Japanese F1 Grand Prix Association" has been set up by the municipality of Oyama and relevant organizations within the town.
Events to welcome visitors will be held during the Grand Prix in the area around the Sogo Bunka Kaikan, next to the municipal parking area. Please see the Oyama Japanese F1 Grand Prix Association's homepage for details.

We will produce and market original goods featuring the logo for this year's Grand Prix. A selection of these goods (T-shirts, caps, key holders, neck holders, towels, etc.) will be available in advance. These will first go on sale at the Super GT Round 3 on May 3 to May 4.
